all information within federal and state guidelines. Client holds
Creative Research, Inc., harmless in regards to any legal issues
that may occur after the final report is issued to the client.
Creative Research, Inc., will only conduct searches for the purposes
listed above. Client understands that by signing this order, client
is commissioning Creative Research, Inc., to work as its agent
in enforcing the court order attached and will only use information
obtained through for obtaining satisfaction of the said court
order. Creative Research, Inc., acknowledges that any information
provided by Creative Research, Inc., is for the sole use of the
signer.

report online. If you have been denied credit on the basis
